Here is some useful information about our hotel and your reservation.

COVID19

Our company has taken all the necessary measures to ensure a stay without any worries. We carry out frequent disinfections for germs, viruses, deodorization, and thorough cleaning of all our premises and our staff strictly adhere to hygiene measures. Legislation now requires check-in to be after 3:00 pm to allow adequate cleaning and ventilation time, but if your room has a vacancy between nights, there is the option to check-in earlier. Please contact us for details.

Hotel

It is located in the center of the village of Marathias in Fokida, at the port, eighteen kilometers east of Nafpaktos. Next to the sea, in the most picturesque part of Marathias. In the building you will find apart from the rooms for your stay and a living room where there is a library, TV, board games and a sitting area.

Check In / Check out

Check-in is from 12:00 to 24:00 in the evening (23:00 in the winter months).
Check out is from 8:30 to 11:00 am.

If you wish to check in/check out at a different time, it will have to be arranged by prior arrangement.

There is a luggage storage facility at our premises free of charge if you wish to temporarily leave some of your personal belongings.

How to arrive

Our hotel is located in Marathia Fokida, 18km east of Nafpaktos and you can come from Nafpaktos with direction to Galaxidi – Itea

Housekeeping

Rooms are cleaned every three nights (change of linen, towels, room cleaning).

Breakfast

The room rates do not include breakfast, but you can add it separately in your booking or at our hotel.

Breakfast is served after 09:00 in our restaurant.

The standard breakfast includes coffee, juice, milk, fresh bread, butter and homemade jam but there are many other options.

There is also a mini-market/grocery store on site where you can find additional items.

Payment

Online reservations via www.booking.com are confirmed with your credit card which will be charged only in case of no-show according to the respective cancellation policy.

All payments are made at our hotel and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro cards.

In case your reservation has been made by phone we will ask for a 20% deposit by bank transfer.

The price does not include the accommodation tax 0,5€/prs/night.

Pets

Your pets are welcome at our hotel, but they should not be left alone in the room or unaccompanied in public areas, just let us know at the time of booking.

Parking

You will find on the street around the hotel.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
